CYDB-450A80 is a special brominated flame-retardant epoxy resin for FR-4 copper clad laminates. This kind of resin is of high purity, reaction activity, stability and tailor-made characters. Its hardenite has splendid flame-retardancy, heat resistance, electrical performance, resistance to chemicals and adhesion, especially when it is combined with dicyandiamide and imidazole curing agent to produce FR-4 copper clad laminates.
